Method
Calcoli HoReCa publishes calculators and operational guides for hospitality. This page explains how we produce content, verify formulas and data, handle corrections, and why advertising does not influence what we write.
Content is curated by founder Jack Betti — hospitality entrepreneur, bartender and Sommelier — with the editorial team. Each calculator and guide shows author, reviewer and last-updated date.
We separate three layers: formula, interface and editorial content. Core formulas live in modules with automated tests, so a result stays verifiable and repeatable; the content explains the formula with a realistic example, use cases, common mistakes and limits.
When a page uses economic, fiscal, nutritional or regulatory data we cite sources and the reference date. Industry benchmarks are indicative estimates, not official figures, and are updated when underlying data changes.
Pages are reviewed when formulas, benchmarks or regulations change. To report an error write to redazione@calcolihoreca.it with the URL, the value entered, the result obtained and the expected result.
The site is free and supported partly by advertising (Google AdSense). Ad slots are separate and identifiable and do not influence formulas, assessments or recommendations. We may use AI to support drafting and translation, but every published piece is verified and validated by a person.
